Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

General Returns Policy

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • Delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • Missing parts or accessories.
  • Different from what was ordered.

Products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned. A change of mind is not permitted after the product has been shipped.

Conditions for Returns

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including:
    • Price tags intact.
    • User manuals, warranty cards, and original accessories.
    • Manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered.
  • Returns not complying with these terms may result in rejection of the return request.

Special Notes

  • Electronic devices must have all stored personal information removed and any modifications undone before being returned.
  • Returns due to no longer needed (e.g., buyer’s remorse) may not be accepted.

If the return window has expired, customers will be referred to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

Category-Wise Return/Replacement/Refund Policy

Phones, Tablets, Wearables:

  • Return Window: 7 days; Replacement only.
  • Exceptions: Not eligible for return due to no longer needed.
  • Ensure phones are returned in original condition with all accessories to avoid pickup cancellation.

Non-Eligible Products:

  • Damages caused by misuse.
  • Incidental damage.
  • Perishable items that have been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories.

Refund Window and Expectations

Kabbo Mobile Shop strives to meet its commitments. If we fail to fulfill a service or product delivery, customers will be notified within 24 hours via phone, text, or email.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of acknowledgment.

Refund Requests will be Processed in These Scenarios:

  • We are unable to provide the product.
  • The customer returns a product from a paid order.
  • The customer cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be sent to customers through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) or other agreed mediums.
